¶2ORDER
¶3NOW, this 4th day of April 2002, the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County is affirmed in part and reversed in part. The order is affirmed to the extent that it struck the jury’s award of punitive damages. The order is reversed inasmuch as it denied Appellant William Kiger, Jr.’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. This case is remanded to the trial court for entry of an order consistent with this decision.
