Singleton v. State

¶1The trial court’s order summarily denying Appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 is affirmed as to all issues, except for Appellant’s re-sentencing pursuant to State v. Thompson, 750 So.2d 643 (Fla.1999), which will proceed as a separate final appeal.
