¶1The appellant has filed an appeal from a discretionary ruling on a motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(c). Because such a ruling is not appealable, the appeal is hereby dismissed. See Mitchell v. State, 719 So.2d 1258 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998).
