¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed on the 11th of April 2017 by Defendant:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 13th of April 2017."
¶3Defendant shall have up to and including the 19th day of June 2017 to file and serve the Petition with this Court.
