¶1Appellant’s appeal was untimely because his motion for rehearing did not toll the time for filing the notice of appeal. Fla. R. Juv. P. 8.130(b)(3). We therefore dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction but this disposition is without prejudice to appellant’s right to petition this court for a belated appeal.
¶2DISMISSED.
