Frontuto v. Farley

¶1Judgment reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the credible evidence. All concur, except Goldman, J., who dissents and votes for affirmance. (Appeal from judgment of Monroe Trial Term for plaintiff in an automobile negligence action.) Present — Kimball, J.
