¶1Information against Taylor for failing to comply witb tbe assessment law. On motion of Taylor, the Court below quashed tbe information. Tbe State appeals.
¶2This case is similar to that of The State v. Atkinson, decided at tbe present term
¶3For tbe reasons there given, the same judgment must follow.
