Taylor v. State

¶1 The petition for belated appeal is granted. Petitioner shall be allowed a belated appeal of the May 9, 2007, judgment and sentence in Okaloosa County Circuit Court case numbers 04-CF-1770, 04-CF-1771, 04-CF-1903, 05-CF-0155, 06-CF-1837, 06-CF-2234 and 06-CF-2236. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D). If petitioner qualifies for appointed counsel, the trial court shall appoint counsel to represent petitioner on appeal.
