Decided 2011-01-18

¶1— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Grella, J.), rendered October 27, 2009, convicting him of burglary in the second degree (14 counts), upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

¶3We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant’s assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal.
