¶1ORDER
¶2This matter comes before the court pursuant to the judgment of the United States Supreme Court reversing the District Court in part and remanding for further proceedings in conformity with its opinion of June 23, 2003.
¶3Upon consideration, the cases are remanded to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for further proceedings in conformity with the opinion of the Supreme Court.
¶4IT IS SO ORDERED.
