Mulligan v. State

¶1Barbara Faye Mulligan filed a motion to correct illegal sentence pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). *231In her motion, Mulligan alleged that she was entitled to additional jail credit. We affirm the trial court’s order denying her relief without prejudice to any right Mulligan may have to raise this issue in a facially sufficient motion for postconviction relief.
