¶1Having considered the appellant’s response to this Court’s order of September 11, 2001, the Court determines that it does not have jurisdiction to review the Order Granting Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment on Breach of Contract, rendered July 25, 2001. See Dixon v. Allstate Ins. Co., 609 So.2d 71 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). The appeal is hereby dismissed.
