¶2I concur in the Court’s decision in this matter and write to commend the trial judge on the professional manner in which the proceedings were conducted. His actions during the course of the trial ensured protection of the rights of witnesses as well as the defendant, and provided an impartial forum in which the trier of fact could reach a proper verdict based on the law and facts.
