¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 7th of November 2017 by Defendant:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 9th of November 2017."
¶3Defendant-Appellant shall have up to and including the 8th day of December 2017 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
