¶1We affirm the order granting appellee’s motion to suppress. The court concluded, and we agree, that the police officer did not have probable cause to believe that appellee was committing a violation of the traffic laws. See Holland v. State, 696 So.2d 757, 759 (Fla.1997) (probable cause *76that a traffic violation has occurred makes stop reasonable).
