¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 30th of November 2017 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 1st of December 2017."
¶3*144State of NC shall have up to and including the 19th day of December 2017 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
