¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 22nd of December 2017 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 22nd of December 2017."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 1st day of February 2018 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
