¶1Appellant appeals his involuntary placement pursuant to section 394.467, Florida Statutes (2001). We reverse the order for involuntary placement and remand for further proceedings. The State failed to meet the clear and convincing standard by presenting only conclusory evidence that Appellant met the statutory requirements of section 394.467.
¶2REVERSED and REMANDED.
