MEMORANDUM**
Ann Cotter appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment in favor of the City and County of San Francisco in Cotter's action alleging that she was subjected to a hostile work environment because of her gender in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1). We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review de novo, Kruso v. International Tel. & Tel. Corp., 872 F.2d 1416, 1421 (9th Cir.1989), cert. denied, 496 U.S. 937 (1990), and affirm for the reasons set forth in the district court's memorandum and order, filed on December 16, 1994.1
AFFIRMED.
