¶2Because I believe that plaintiffs presented evidence demonstrating a genuine issue of material fact whether Sears’s asserted nondiscriminatory reasons for firing plaintiffs were pretextual, I would reverse the district court’s grant of summary judgment on the age discrimination claims. I respectfully dissent on that basis.
