¶1 concurring.

¶2 I concur in the judgment of the principal opinion. However, a review of the trial transcript indicates that counsel did in fact interpose certain objections to the state’s evidence. I would concur in the principal opinion as well as the judgment if the sentence beginning with “Trial counsel did not object to admission of any evidence ” were deleted.
