¶1Lucas v. State, No. 4D01-716 is affirmed. Lucas v. State, No. 4D01-353 and Lucas v. State, No. 4D01-717 are affirmed without prejudice to appellant filing new appeals and furnishing this court with copies of the orders being appealed and the motions resulting in those orders.
