¶1Francisco Hurtado appeals his judgment and sentences for numerous offenses stemming from a home invasion robbery. We affirm the judgment and sentences without prejudice to any right Hurtado might have to file a timely, facially sufficient motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
