¶2We grant the state’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our previously issued opinion, and substitute the following in its place.

¶3We affirm the order revoking appellant’s probation and the habitual offender sentence imposed, on the authority of Terry v. State, 808 So.2d 1249 (Fla.2002).
