DARDEN, Judge,

¶1concurring in result.

¶2I concur in result because I believe the trial court's grant of declaratory relief in favor of the husband was error. In my opinion, reversal is warranted based upon the ambiguity apparent upon the face of Section Thirteen. Because I find Section *1084Thirteen to be ambiguous, I would remand to the trial court to hear evidence concerning the parties' intent as to the meaning of Section Thirteen when they entered into the prenuptial agreement.
