¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 23rd of April 2018 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 24th of April 2018."
¶3*173State of NC shall have up to and including the 7th day of May 2018 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
