¶1Having received the three-judge panel's 31 October 2017 order in this case, the Court sets the following supplemental briefing schedule:
¶21. Plaintiff-appellant may file a supplemental brief on or before 16 November 2017.
¶32. Defendant-appellees may file a supplemental brief on or before 30 November 2017.
¶43. Plaintiff-appellant may file a supplemental reply brief on or before 6 December 2017.
