¶3Considering the record of this matter,

¶4IT IS ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Disciplinary Board for consolidation with In re: Louis Jeffries Laque, III, 01-DB-010, and the issuance of a single recommendation to this Court encompassing both matters.
