¶1Mr. Patrick Nadolski, District Attorney, for State *627The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 31st of May 2018 by Defendant:

¶3Defendant shall have up to and including the 6th day of July 2018 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
