¶1Mr. Mike Miller, District Attorney, for State *832The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 3rd of July 2018 by State of NC :
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 5th of July 2018."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 8th day of August 2018 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
