¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Perry, 814 So.2d 840 (Ala.2001), the trial court’s judgment is due to be reversed and the cause *845remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
