¶1Daniel Jakeway appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 8.800(a). We affirm the order but remand for the trial court to correct the scrivener’s error in the order of probation which incorrectly listed the offenses as life felonies when they were first-degree felonies punishable by life.
¶2Affirmed and remanded for correction of scrivener’s error.
