¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 1st of August 2018 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 3rd of August 2018."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 31st day of August 2018 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
