Whipple v. State

¶1The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted and Shane Q. Whipple is granted a belated appeal from the sentence imposed after he was found to have violated his probation in Columbia County case number 93-704-CF. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion will be provided to the clerk of the circuit court to be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
