¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 31st of August 2018 by State of NC for Extension of Time to Respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 31st of August 2018."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 14th day of September 2018 to Respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari.
