¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 11th of September 2018 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 13th of September 2018."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 22nd day of October 2018 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
