¶1Petition granted and respondent suspended from practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York effective July 17, 1981 and until the further order of this court, and ordered to show cause why a final order of suspension, censure or removal should not be made (Judiciary Law, § 90, subd 4, par g).
