Slamavitz v. Perrone

¶1Appeal by the defendant Louise Perrone from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Di Paola, J.), entered April 28, 1980, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff summary judgment against her. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment against Louifee Perrone is denied. There are triable issues of fact which cannot be summarily resolved. Hopkins, J.P., Mangano, Margett and Thompson, JJ., concur.
