Bragg v. Manning

¶1We have studied the record and briefs in this case and find no reversible error. The final judgment from which this appeal is taken is accordingly affirmed, without prejudice to any equitable considerations to which appellants may be entitled .when and if any justiciable controversy between these parties or their privies comes properly within the jurisdiction of a court of equity.
