¶1Affirmed, without prejudice to appellant to refile a Motion for Post Conviction Relief in the trial court setting forth sufficient facts to support the allegations contained therein, said motion to be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of this opinion. See Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850(c)(6).
