¶1We affirm the order denying postconviction relief as to point 2 on authority of Major v. State, 814 So.2d 424 (Fla.2002). As to point 1, the issue appears both time-barred (as it could have been brought during appellant’s incarceration) and moot. We see no merit in the claim of procedural error.
