State v. Hardwick

¶1The state argues, and defendant concedes, that the trial court erred in sentencing him to drug offender probation, because he does not qualify under section 948.084(1), Florida Statutes (2001). We *437therefore reverse defendant’s sentence and remand for resentencing.
