¶1The decision of the Court of Appeals is vacated and this case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of our decision in *166State v. Malachi , --- N.C. ----, --- S.E.2d ----, 2018 WL 6436711 (2018).
¶2VACATED AND REMANDED.
