¶1The following order has been entered on the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 13th of December 2018:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 19th of December 2018."
¶3Defendant and State of NC shall have up to and including the 6th day of February 2019 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
