¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 2nd of January 2019 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 4th of January 2019."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 6th day of February 2019 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
