¶1The petition for belated appeal from the order of the Circuit Court for Wakulla County dated November 20, 2000, which denied the motion for postconviction relief in that court’s case numbers 97-99 and 97-205, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court, where it shall be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
