¶1ON MOTION FOR REHEARING, REHEARING EN BANC & CERTIFICATION
¶2We grant the motion for rehearing and, in so doing, vacate our May 29, 2002 order, wherein we indicated that the appeal of the order of contempt entered on May 1, 2001, was untimely. After careful consideration, both the May 1, 2001 order holding the wife in contempt and the July 17, 2001 order granting attorney’s fees are affirmed.
