¶1The Petition for Discretionary Review filed by defendant in this case on 25 September 2018 is decided as follows: defendant's petition is allowed for the limited purpose of considering the first issue listed in defendant's petition. Except as specifically allowed in this order, defendant's Petition for Discretionary Review is denied.
