¶1Upon consideration of the Petition for Discretionary Review filed by the State on 11 September 2018, the Petition is ALLOWED for the limited purpose of remanding to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of State v. Rogers, --- N.C. ----, ----, 817 S.E.2d 150 (2018).
