¶1Having reviewed the entire record herein, we conclude that defendant should have been afforded the benefit of counsel at the evidentiary hearing on his motion for post-conviction relief alleging ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for appointment of the public defender and a new hearing.
